Our Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you would like a refund, our team is more than happy to assist you with this. Please take a second to help us improve our service by leaving your feedback in the contact box below.  

Refund/ Return Policy:

 

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your unit, you may return it, however the wigs must retain original packaging: 1x net, 1x label, 1x silk bag,1x clear plastic,1x paper in a crown

Unworn, unedited wigs can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If the wig has been worn, washed, lace removed cut or styled in any way we cannot accept it back. We are liable to deny refund if the wig has been worn, washed, brushed out or perfumed.

 

In order to protect your parcel, it is highly recommended to return using recorded delivery, we are unable to refund or exchange an untraceable parcel. 

For returns please include a note with the following details: Name of the person who paid enclosed with the package.

 

Bundles and frontals:

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original undamaged packaging, uncut, un brushed. Free from products and perfumes. Any bundles or closures that have been worn will not be accepted back. 

 

Hot comb:

 

If for some reason your comb is not working or is faulty you may return within 14 days and we will exchange this for you.

 

We will not cover the cost of outward and returns unless the item is defected or damaged due to manufacturing error.  

 

For exchange: Include a note with your name and the item you would like to exchange along with the email address. This was we can forward you a payment link to cover the cost of repackaging. If this is not included, we will refund you.
